- Remember, the forms to check a client’s insurance plan and consent to exchange information can be accessed in the Forms section of the Medens website.
- Also, it’s a best practice to send the Insurance Verification Form and the appropriate intake packet at the same time. You should also schedule your first session with the client and not wait until insurance results are know.

Client Onboarding Process
Our process for onboarding new clients is....
Step 1: Make contact with your new client. Send them the insurance request form (if insurance is the method of payment) along with the intake packet through FormDr.
Step 2: Schedule the first appointment tentatively (pending verification of insurance coverage and acceptance of any out of pocket - if applicable).
Step 3: Complete the Client Onboarding Notice form (link above).
Step 4: You'll receive an email with update on your client's insurance status and a status on when the file will be ready in Theranest.

We are “In Network” with these insurers. However, licensed providers need to be credentialed in order to be eligible for reimbursement for In Network services. Typically, once the client is seen it takes approximately 30 calendar days for claim adjudication.

FEDERAL STUDENT LOAN PROGRAM
The Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program allows you to receive forgiveness of the remaining balance of your Direct Loans after you have made 120 qualifying monthly payments while working full time at a qualified employer.
