My journey into mental health is rooted in overcoming personal adversity, which gave me a deep understanding of the human mind's complexities and the transformative power of empathy. This experience drives my commitment to help others find healing and resilience.
As your therapist, I strive to create a nurturing environment where you can safely explore your emotions and confront challenges. Utilizing mindfulness, evidence-based practices, and adaptive creativity, I aim to guide you toward greater self-awareness and well-being. If you enjoy poetry or other creative outlets, we can use these interests to enrich your therapeutic experience.
My background includes working with adolescents and adults in diverse settings—from residential treatment to school-based counseling—equipping me with a broad range of strategies to support your goals. I lead with transparency and warmth, inviting you to bring your authentic self to our sessions as we work collaboratively towards your aspirations.
