For Clients

What drives me is understanding how the many parts of a person—mind, body, and environment—interact to shape their story. My work in health and wellness first taught me how deeply physical and emotional well-being intertwine, and that insight naturally led me toward psychology. I’ve always been drawn to uncovering what lies beneath the surface, and psychological testing allows me to help people gain clarity and direction through a deeper understanding of themselves.t feels natural and supportive to you.

I approach psychological assessment as both ascience and a collaboration. Testing can be a powerful way to identifypatterns, strengths, and challenges that influence how you think, feel, andmove through the world. My goal is to make that process feel accessible andmeaningful—helping clients use their results as a foundation for growth andinformed decision-making.
Before pursuing mydoctorate in clinical psychology, I spent over a decade in the health andwellness field as a personal trainer, clinical nutritionist, and correctiveexercise specialist. That experience shaped my understanding of how the bodyand mind constantly communicate, and it continues to inform my work withclients today. I value curiosity, humor, and honesty in everything I do—becauseself-discovery, while serious work, doesn’t have to feel heavy.
When I’m not immersedin assessment and research, you’ll find me surfing, training, or outdoors withmy wife and our two cats. Whether in or out of the office, I try to live by the same principles I encourage in others: balance, curiosity, and a willingness to keep learning.
