For Clients
Your mental health needs are much more complex than simply feeling emotionally “good” at any given moment. Mental and physical health are inextricably linked, requiring balance for true wellness. With a holistic approach to therapy, we can address all of your needs to create more balance and fulfillment in your life.

Adults (25-64)
Seniors (65+)
During my 15 years in the US Air Force, I gained a unique perspective on stress, trauma, and the importance of comprehensive care, witnessing the profound impact that psychological well-being has on physical health. This inspired me to transition into mental health to guide others in developing balance. My methods are infused with the resilience and adaptability honed during my service, bringing a dynamic and effective approach to the therapy process.
In therapy, I create a welcoming space where you can feel comfortable exploring your feelings and challenges. We work together to embrace difficult emotions as natural parts of life, aiming for acceptance rather than resistance. We’ll also explore practical skills in mindfulness to enhance self-awareness and manage emotions effectively. Each session is tailored to help you make meaningful behavioral changes that align with your long-term goals, facilitating a life that truly reflects your values and aspirations.
