As a Founder and Chief Psychological Officer, I’m proud to see a vision 20 years in the making come to life—a compassionate, inclusive organization dedicated to making high-quality mental health care accessible to all. Since launching in 2020, Medens Health has grown from a small practice into a thriving community of over 50 clinicians serving more than 1,000 active patients across multiple states, with continued expansion.
Young Adults (18-24)
Adults (25-64)
Seniors (65+)
My work as a clinical psychologist is guided by an integrative model rooted in relational psychoanalysis, interpersonal neurobiology, and family systems theory. These frameworks allow me to explore how relationships, the brain, and systemic influences shape mental health and human development. In both assessment and therapy, I aim to understand each client in context—recognizing that identity, neurobiology, and lived experience are all intertwined.
I specialize in comprehensive psychological evaluations for adults and adolescents, with a focus on neurodivergent conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), diagnostic clarification, and forensic evaluations. My approach combines clinical precision with genuine curiosity and empathy, offering clients clarity and direction as they navigate their next steps.
Whether supervising future clinicians, consulting with peers, or engaging in international collaboration, I believe growth happens through relationship—when trust, insight, and learning intersect. Continuing education and research are central to my practice, and I am committed to advancing both my own development and the broader field through evidence-based, relationally informed care.
