For Clients
We are all the authors of our own story, but sometimes you need a proofreader to help you find aspects of yourself that you might not notice otherwise. By creating a space for you to fill with your thoughts, fears, and dreams, I aim to help you process what’s really going on internally instead of just ignoring it or minimizing it.

Young Adults (18-24)

I believe that knowledge is one of the best tools for growth and a key component in healing trauma. In a safe, compassionate environment, I seek to help my clients learn about themselves and discover what might be behind their thought patterns. Once you better understand yourself, you can form a strong foundation for growing in the direction that you want to go.
I offer a warm approach that is free from judgment and encourages forgiveness and growth when addressing the mistakes that we all make in life. All conflict and discomfort can be processed and turned into a learning and growing experience. We can talk about anything you wish; there is no limit to anything you’d like to explore to process, heal, or gain a better understanding of yourself. I consider it a privilege to join and support you as you write this chapter of your story.
