For Clients
My path into the mental health field comes from a deep desire to use the science of psychology to help people heal, make sense of their experiences, and embrace their authentic selves—without having to fit into anyone else’s definition of who they should be. I believe fulfillment looks different for everyone, and therapy can be a space to discover what “a life worth living” means for you, even when the world around you feels at odds with your identity, values, or truth.

In the therapy room, I lead with curiosity, empathy, and humanity. I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely seen and safe to explore the parts of yourself that may have been silenced, misunderstood, or shamed. My focus is on understanding you—your context, your story, and the systems that have shaped your experiences—so that together we can identify what supports healing, growth, and self-acceptance.
My approach is integrative and adaptive. I draw from multiple therapeutic frameworks to meet each person’s unique needs, balancing practical strategies for immediate relief with deeper exploration of how self-narratives and learned patterns influence emotion, identity, and relationships. I believe therapy involves both skill-building and storytelling—learning tools to manage distress while rewriting unhelpful patterns into a more authentic and self-directed life narrative.
As a neurodivergent, queer, and agender psychologist (they/them), I approach my work with awareness of how identity, culture, and context influence every aspect of mental health. I’m continually working toward decolonizing my practice and creating space for diverse lived experiences. I often incorporate art, gaming, and media analogies to make psychological concepts more relatable for clients who connect with those worlds. Above all, I aim to help people develop understanding and self-compassion, so they can live with greater freedom, connection, and meaning.
