Life Transitions

Self-Esteem

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been deeply curious about people—why we feel the way we do, what shapes our choices, and how our relationships influence who we become. Friends and loved ones often confided in me, and I found meaning in simply listening and helping them feel understood. That natural empathy evolved into a calling: to help others feel empowered, supported, and capable of creating deeper, healthier relationships with themselves and those around them.

Get To Know Me

My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in empathy. I believe healing happens through safe and trusting relationships, where people can explore both their past and present experiences without fear of judgment. I see my role as walking beside you—helping you make sense of emotions, recognize patterns, and discover your own capacity for change. You are the expert in your life; I’m here to help you feel understood and supported as you move toward growth.

Clinically, I draw from attachment-based, relational, and integrative approaches to tailor each session to your needs. Together, we’ll explore how your experiences and relationships have shaped you, and we’ll work toward building self-esteem, healthier relationships, and a stronger connection to yourself.

I bring a culturally sensitive perspective to my work and an appreciation for how identity, upbringing, and community influence our experiences. Above all, I strive to create a space where you feel deeply seen, valued, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward the life you want.
