I serve in the Navy Reserves and am passionate about supporting veterans and active-duty service members, as well as professionals at major corporations. My work focuses on helping individuals manage life stressors so they can feel more balanced, effective, and satisfied both at work and in their personal lives. I have experience in assisting my patients navigate life stressors, relationship issues and divorce, improve purpose and meaning, as well as depression, anxiety, sleep issues, and trauma disorders. I have specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for insomnia as well as Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD.
