My background is in treating veterans & active duty service members, as well as providing mental health services to employees of major corporations who face life stressors that affect their performance and job satisfaction. I have experience in assisting my patients navigate life stressors, relationship issues and divorce, improve purpose and meaning, as well as depression, anxiety, sleep issues, and trauma disorders. I have specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for insomnia as well as Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD.
