For Clients

I entered the mental health field with a deep passion for supporting adults and older adults through the unique challenges that can arise later in life. I believe that growth, meaning, and connection are possible at every stage, and my goal is to help clients rediscover a sense of purpose, resilience, and self-compassion—especially when navigating change, loss, or uncertainty.
Adults (25-64)
Seniors (65+)
My approach to therapy is warm, patient, and collaborative. I work alongside clients to explore how their thoughts, emotions, and daily habits influence their well-being. Together, we find small, practical steps that make life more manageable and aligned with what matters most. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, narrative, and solution-focused approaches, always tailoring the process to meet each client’s unique needs and pace.
In addition to therapy, I provide psychological testing as a way to deepen understanding and guide treatment. Assessments can help clarify emotional, cognitive, or behavioral patterns and identify tools that support lasting change. I approach testing with the same empathy and curiosity that guide my therapy work—making sure clients feel seen, informed, and empowered by the insights they gain.
I have a special interest in working with older adults and individuals living with Parkinson’s Disease, Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), and other chronic health conditions. I understand how these experiences affect both body and mind, often in ways that are misunderstood or dismissed. My goal is to create a space where clients feel validated and supported as we address both emotional impact and practical life adjustments to maintain quality of life.
