For Clients
I believe healing begins in the presence of someone who truly sees you, grieves with you, and walks alongside you. Together, we’ll process the traumas you’ve carried, build tools to regulate your nervous system, and strengthen your emotional resilience. I’ll support you in cultivating a more compassionate inner voice—one that makes space for your struggles without judgment.
Young Adults 18-24
Adults 25-64
Seniors 65+
My own lived experiences led me to the fields of neuroscience and psychology. I’m deeply passionate about supporting individuals who have felt unheard, misunderstood, or dismissed by the world around them. I work from a biopsychosocial lens, recognizing how our biology, psychology, and relationships are all deeply interconnected when it comes to health and well-being.
In the therapy room, I strive to create a safe, culturally sensitive, and curious space where you feel free to tell your story. I believe your story holds the magic we need to uncover patterns, process pain, and create space for growth. My approach is eclectic and tailored to each individual or couple, drawing from modalities such as CBT, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and DBT.
