For Clients

My path into mental health began with my own experiences of resilience and hope. As a child, I lived in a family homeless shelter, where I learned the importance of community, education, and support during difficult times. Those early lessons shaped not only who I am, but also why I chose to dedicate my life to this work. As a first-generation professional, I understand how isolating life’s challenges can feel, and I’m passionate about helping others feel seen, supported, and empowered in their healing—both in English and Spanish.
Teenagers (13-17)
Young Adults 18-24
Adults 25-64
Seniors 65+
I know that beginning therapy can feel daunting, so I strive to create a space where clients can show up exactly as they are, without pressure or judgment. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, blending evidence-based practices with a deeply human touch. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and trauma-focused approaches to support each client’s unique path toward healing and growth.
Together, we work to identify patterns that may be holding you back, build practical tools for managing stress, and strengthen your ability to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and self-compassion. I bring both professional training and lived experience into my work, allowing me to connect with clients on a genuine level and create a space where all emotions and stories are welcome.
My background as a first-generation professional gives me a unique understanding of cultural identity, resilience, and belonging. I see therapy as a partnership—a space for collaboration, insight, and steady progress toward the life you want to create. Outside of my work, I value community, physical wellness, and personal growth, and I bring that same energy and hope into every session.
