Testing and Evaluation

My path into psychology grew from a fascination with the mind-body connection and a belief that true wellness comes from understanding both. As a yoga instructor, I’ve seen how mindfulness, breath, and movement can create healing from the inside out. That same philosophy guides my work in clinical psychology, where I aim to integrate evidence-based practice with genuine compassion—helping each person gain a clearer understanding of themselves and their well-being.

Get To Know Me

In my work, I focus on psychological testing as a way to illuminate the full picture of a person’s mental health. I approach assessment with empathy, curiosity, and structure—creating a space where clients feel safe, respected, and understood throughout the process. Testing isn’t just about identifying challenges; it’s about recognizing strengths, uncovering patterns, and providing insights that lead to meaningful change.

My clinical perspective is influenced by cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches, all rooted in a holistic understanding of health. I draw from my experience working with diverse populations, including individuals living with severe and persistent mental illness, incarcerated populations, and first responders. These experiences have deepened my respect for resilience and the capacity for growth in even the most complex circumstances.

I believe healing requires patience and self-compassion, and I work to model both for my clients. My goal is to make psychological assessment a collaborative and empowering experience—one that helps people better understand their strengths, challenges, and next steps toward lasting well-being.
