Get To Know Me

As a therapist, I bring a blend of personal and professional experiences that have shaped my approach to therapy. My background in the corporate world instilled in me a deep understanding of high-stress environments and the toll they can take on one’s mental and emotional well-being, as well as on personal relationships. My own journey through fast-paced and demanding settings led me to therapy, a transformative experience that inspired a shift in my career. I'm now dedicated to supporting individuals facing these same challenges who seek mental well-being. I help clients navigate significant life transitions, and work with individuals who struggle with substance abuse, sex addiction, anger issues, anxiety, and depression.

In our sessions, we will delve deep to ignite change because transformation requires action. When you seek therapy, it's a sign you're ready to change negative emotions, behaviors, habits, or certain aspects of your life. We will explore old coping strategies that might be holding you back and navigate the inner wounds that block your true self. Together, we will help you achieve the changes you desire and deserve.

My unconventional journey led me to psychology after a decade in the corporate world, with no initial intent to return to academia. This path has granted me invaluable experience and perspective that reaches beyond the confines of traditional therapy.
