For Clients

My professional journey began on a very different kind of stage—working as a Disney performer, where I learned the value of presence, play, and genuine connection. That experience, combined with my training in social work and clinical psychology, shaped my belief that healing happens through relationship and in alignment with what we value most. My goal is to help people reconnect with meaning and create lives that feel authentic and fulfilling.

Young Adults (18-24)
Adults 25-64
Older Adults (65+)
Couples
I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. In our sessions, I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can slow down, reflect, and build practical tools for lasting change. My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices—tailored to meet your unique goals and pace.
I see therapy as a partnership that blends curiosity, compassion, and action. Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you, strengthen your ability to cope with stress, and cultivate a life guided by clarity and purpose. I bring humor, empathy, and authenticity into my work so clients feel supported not just in managing what’s difficult, but in rediscovering joy along the way.
