Sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do is sit with someone who really sees you, and I’m here to be that someone. I show up as a real person in the therapy room so you can feel safe to be yourself. Together, we’ll create a space where healing feels possible, and even natural.

Get To Know Me

After years of working in fields that didn’t feel meaningful, I kept coming back to the same thought: I’ve always wanted to help people in a deeper way. Eventually, I stopped brushing that thought aside and made the leap into the work I truly love. Therapy changed my life—and having a therapist who inspired me helped me realize I wanted to do the same for others. Now, I work to offer that same kind of support: real, honest, and grounded in genuine connection.

Clients often tell me they feel comfortable with me quickly, and I think that’s because I show up as myself. I meet each person where they are and work with them to explore what’s going on beneath the surface. My sessions are a mix of reflection, support, and practical tools—guided by what feels most useful to you. I also infuse principles from yoga, like self-awareness, compassion, and mind-body connection, into the work when it feels helpful. Whether we’re talking through life stress, identity shifts, or relationship challenges, I’m here to walk alongside you as you build something that feels more grounded and true to who you are.
