My passion for becoming a therapist began when I was a child going through my parents’ difficult divorce. I was fortunate to have a compassionate psychiatrist who gave me a safe space to process my emotions and feel supported. Having a professional in my corner who wasn’t part of the conflict showed me how powerful therapy can be during life’s most challenging moments. Now, as a therapist, I strive to offer that same warmth, understanding, and guidance to those navigating change and seeking healing.

Get To Know Me

I bring genuineness, humor, and curiosity into my work to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. My goal is to help you make sense of what’s happening in your life, understand your emotions, and build tools that help you move forward. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration, relationship challenges, or family conflict, I’ll meet you where you are and support you at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach is collaborative and adaptable, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) as well as culturally sensitive and relational frameworks. I enjoy working with children, families, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community; helping them feel seen and supported in ways that honor both their individual and systemic stories. At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens in connection—with ourselves and with others—and that therapy can be a place where that connection begins.
