Get To Know Me

My journey into mental health was shaped by a deep compassion for others and a commitment to creating inclusive, accessible spaces where people of all backgrounds feel seen and supported. As a South Asian Muslim woman, a first-generation college graduate, and a culturally aware therapist, I understand how identity, culture, and lived experiences shape our mental health. I bring a person-centered approach that blends emotional intelligence, cultural sensitivity, and evidence-based practices to meet each client’s needs.

Fluent in English, Hindi, Bengali, Urdu, and Punjabi, I ensure that language and culture are never barriers to care. My approach is collaborative—we will explore patterns in your life, identify what’s causing stress or worry, and develop practical strategies to help you feel more in control. I am here to walk alongside you through life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional struggles, offering guidance, support, and a space where you can build confidence and resilience.
